No man’s land

Located in the international zone of Taoyuan airport, No man’s land features a window in which three stylized masks interact with travelers moving near the work. These artificial lives are the only ones authorized to inhabit “No man’s land”, an off-world space dedicated to the transit of travelers.

With a refined design, the device is based on a complex technical assembly necessary for the animation of the three faces made of rubber and white ceramic.
